Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide expert assistance to meet their shopping needs
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities
• Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts to enhance store appeal
• Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves, organizing products, and monitoring stock levels
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting remote customers
• Support the sales team by supervising store activities when needed, ensuring smooth daily operations Experience
• Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a customer-focused attitude are key!
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math to ensure accurate transactions
• Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities to connect with diverse customers
• Experience in grocery stores or similar retail environments is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to supervise or lead team members in a retail setting is advantageous
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking, merchandising, and standing for extended periods
