We are seeking an energetic and motivated Appointment Generator/TELEMARKETER SUPERSTATR to join our dynamic sales team! Are you a STAR on the phone, great with computers, and naturally friendly and confident? !!! DAILY/WEEKLY BONUSES AND COMISSIONS !!!! Proven experience in telemarketing IS A MUST! What You 'll Do

• Make outbound calls using warm, high-intent leads, using strategies to introduce our products and services.
• Negotiate appointment times that align with both the client's schedule and internal sales team availability.
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to log interactions, update contact information, and track progress toward appointment goals.
• Qualify leads through active listening and probing questions, ensuring appointments are with genuinely interested prospects.
• Follow up with potential clients to confirm appointments and provide additional information as needed.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with homeowners.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE in telemarketing/ appointment setting (min 1 yr).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure appointment.
• Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Customer service orientation with a focus on building rapport and trust with prospects.
