We are looking for EXPERIENCED Automotive Sales Consultants At Peoria Volkswagen, our focus is on our customers and our employees. We believe happy employees will create happy customers. We offer a relaxed work environment, no suits or ties. We have split shifts of 6 hours each. You get one weekend off per month, one day off each week and off every other Sunday (no penalties for working more however). We know our employees need to have time for families and fun. But that's not all 2 weeks paid time off, 401K, health insurance and working with a great bunch of good people all determined to work together. We leave the games to the other guys. Our fair market pricing policy lets us deal with customers with all the cards face up, straight forward, honest and with integrity. And that's how we like our sales consultants. If you are an enthusiastic, high energy, customer-oriented person and like the idea of helping people solve their transportation needs, WE NEED TO TALK! We will provide a $3000 per month guarantee for 90 days while you learn our products and way of business. Our unconventional compensation plan is focused on volume and customer satisfaction score, NOT how much you can make on some unsuspecting buyer. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
