Requirements

Licensure: Must hold an active Texas state insurance license. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in insurance sales, demonstrating successful performance. Communication: Exemplary verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction. Customer Service: Demonstrated dedication to providing superior service and client satisfaction. Technology: Competency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Organizational Skills: Capability to manage time effectively and prioritize workloads in a hybrid remote environment. Integrity: High level of professionalism and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing them with exceptional service and insurance solutions tailored to their needs.
• Assist clients with their commercial insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
• Identify prospective clients through networking and referral strategies to expand the client base.

• Stay informed of market trends and competitor offerings to provide the best advice to clients.
