Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support revenue growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with the ability to travel between San Antonio and Corpus Christi as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients and new market opportunities
• Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of activities and leads in the CRM system
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Previous experience in business development, sales, recruiting, or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or lead generation
• Familiarity with cold outreach strategies
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
