Leasing Specialist Are you a person with a passion for real estate and exceptional customer service? We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Leasing Specialist to join our team at a vibrant multifamily apartment community. As a Leasing Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective residents and a key player in building a thriving and welcoming community.

Key Responsibilities

: Leasing & Customer Service:

• Greet and assist prospective residents, provide tours, and promote community features and benefits
• Execute effective leasing strategies to maintain high occupancy
• Process rental applications, lease agreements, and lease renewals with accuracy
• Deliver excellent service to current residents and support resident retention initiatives
• Assist with resident issues and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain knowledge of the local rental market and community competitors
• Support property management with marketing efforts and community outreach Administrative & Office Support:
• Maintain accurate records, lease files, and resident information in property management systems
• Handle phone calls, emails, and office correspondence professionally
• Support marketing campaigns and community outreach efforts
• Ensure the leasing office is organized, stocked, and presents a professional appearance
• Support the maintenance of the property and submit work orders

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; and in property management software (Yardi, HappyCo, etc.) is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree a plus
• Must be able to work weekends as needed - Saturdays (10AM - 4PM)
• Must be able to go up and down two flights of stairs and walk the entire property. What We Offer:
