Inside Sales Representative - Granite & Marble Industry Location: Vernon hills Job Type: Full-Time Experience: Required Are you an experienced inside sales professional with a background in granite and marble fabrication? We're looking for a motivated and knowledgeable individual to join our growing team!

About the Role

: You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with fabricators, contractors, and distributors in the stone industry. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, quoting, and providing expert product guidance.

Responsibilities

:

• Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business opportunities
• Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound follow-up calls
• Provide product knowledge and technical support on diamond tools, blades, and fabrication supplies
• Prepare quotes and process orders accurately
• Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

:

• Experience in granite and marble fabrication industry required
• Diamond tool sales or usage experience is a strong plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results
