Requirements

:

• An active Michigan Real estate license or must be actively pursuing one
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally, with a valid drivers license
• Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
• Willingness to be coachable and take initiative Your Role: Licensed Real Estate Agent/Realtor
• Help buyers and sellers navigate real estate transactions with confidence
• Build relationships, listen to client needs, and guide them through every step of the process
• Stay on top of market trends and local inventory

• Be proactive in prospecting, networking, and following up with leads
