Our company seeks a meticulous and professional Internet Enrollment Trainee to represent our telecommunications partner. This role is pivotal for expanding Frontier's market presence and ensuring a high-quality, seamless sales enrollment experience for new customers. We need someone capable of handling several enrollments while still prioritizing integrity and excellent service. • Engage potential customers and small business clients in a formal setting to present and sell Frontier's comprehensive suite of services.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to strategically match clients with appropriate service packages, optimizing value and ensuring satisfaction.
• Professionally facilitate and complete all necessary documentation and contractual agreements for new customer sales enrollment.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of all current Frontier promotions, service specifications, and competitive advantages.
• Rigorously adhere to all compliance and quality control standards throughout the sales and enrollment process.
• Develop and implement systematic follow-up procedures to ensure a successful transition for new customers.
• Actively participate in professional sales training and strategic planning meetings.
• Provide detailed daily and weekly reports on enrollment metrics and market feedback to the leadership team. Here 's what we need from you:
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-focused position, such as sales, customer service or retail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, suitable for professional client engagement.
• Demonstrated proficiency in executing sales campaigns and achieving goals.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and work independently to meet strict deadlines and targets.
• A high degree of organizational skill and meticulous attention to detail in handling confidential customer information for the sales enrollment.
• Reliable professional transport and the ability to travel to various client-facing sites as required. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $850.00 - $1,200.00 per week
