This is a high-impact, revenue-driven sales role in a self-pay medical practice. We operate in a non-insurance model and are seeking candidates with direct experience selling out-of-pocket medical services. Who This Role Is For:

• Sales professionals with experience selling elective, cash-pay medical services
• Individuals who can confidently guide patients from consultation to decision
• Candidates who think creatively about lead conversion, patient follow-up, and local outreach
• Self-starters who are comfortable supporting clinic flow and day-to-day execution

What You'll Do

:

• Close high-value medical treatments directly with patients
• Address patient questions and objections around price, timing, and treatment options
• Present treatment plans, pricing, and financing options clearly and ethically
• Own follow-ups and conversion metrics
• Develop and execute grassroots sales and local marketing ideas
• Support clinic operations to improve patient experience and revenue performance

Requirements

:

• 2+ years of self-pay / non-insurance medical sales experience
• Demonstrated ability to close elective healthcare services
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment

Compensation

:

• Base + bonus + uncapped commission
• Six-figure earning potential for top performers Schedule:
