What You'll Do

• Own and grow relationships with our dispensary partners. You're their go-to human.
• Execute a focused sales strategy that doesn't just place product -- it moves it.
• Build smart distribution plans that actually make sense on the retail floor.
• Track performance and push sell-through like your commission depends on it (because it does).
• Ensure invoices are accurate, clean, and drama-free.
• Make sure inventory is allocated correctly -- no ghost cases, no mystery shortages.
• Work cross-functionally with ops and leadership to keep everything tight.
• Represent Fathom Cannabis in the wild -- networking events, store visits, and the occasional "how did I get here?" industry party.

Who You Are

• 2+ years in a cannabis field sales position with proven results preferred.
• You live and breathe cannabis culture. Strains, brands, trends -- you know your stuff.
• You're a strategic thinker who doesn't freeze when numbers get involved.
• You're operationally sound -- details don't scare you.
• You're energized, persuasive, and genuinely enjoy talking to humans.
• You don't wait for instructions when opportunity is staring you in the face.
• You've got sales experience and a competitive streak that shows up when it counts. The Good Stuff
