Location: Walton, KY Company: Crown Staffing Pay: $18-$21/hr DOE Schedule: Monday-Friday Crown Staffing is seeking an experienced Installation Manager & Materials Coordinator to oversee fence installation operations in Walton, KY. This role combines strong leadership, hands-on experience, and excellent organizational skills to ensure smooth, high-quality installations in a labor- intensive, outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Mentor Crews: Supervise multiple installation teams, assign tasks, and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Schedule Management: Use Jobber scheduling software (training provided) to assign crews, track projects, and optimize workflows.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct on-site inspections, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high workmanship standards.
• Client Relations: Act as primary on-site contact, confirm schedules, address inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline installation processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of field crew supervision in construction, fencing, landscaping, or similar trades.
• Comfortable using scheduling tools and basic office software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; customer-focused.
• Strong time management and ability to adapt to changing conditions.
• Hands-on understanding of installation processes and outdoor work challenges. What We Offer
