Lockheed Architectural Solutions, Inc. is seeking a talented Glass & Glazing, and Faade Systems Estimator to join our growing team. This role is a pivotal position in the company's success by providing accurate and competitive estimates for exterior fenestration and faade projects. Core

Responsibilities

:

• Analyze architectural drawings and specifications to determine scope of work for glass, glazing and faade systems.
• Develop detailed and complete takeoffs, including glass types, framing systems, sealants, and hardware.
• Obtain accurate material pricing and vendor quotes to compile competitive bids.
• Create, maintain, and foster great working relationships with vendors, owners, architects, and general contractors.
• Prepare comprehensive estimates that factor in labor, equipment, and overhead costs.

Qualifications

:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in glass & glazing estimating or related field
• Strong understanding of architectural construction principles and exterior fenestration and faade systems.
• Proficiency in estimating and takeoff software (e.g., Bluebeam, Glazier Studio).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
