• Make outbound and inbound calls to homeowners interested in our roofing and home improvement services
• Set qualified appointments for our sales team
• Enter notes and track progress in our CRM
• Follow up with potential customers to ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks
• Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and pride
