Job Summary

: We are looking for Automotive Sales Professionals to join our sales team! We are seeking someone with a background in car sales and a strong work ethic! We are seeking individuals who are reliable, detail oriented, can work independently and are ready to grow in our fast paced dealership! Automotive Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
• Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Build strong rapport with customers.
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses. Automotive Sales Consultant

Qualifications

• Car sales experience is helpful but not required
• Must have customer service experience
• Valid driver's license
• Positive attitude and demeanor
• Strong listening and verbal communication skills
• Strong focus and desire to achieve sales goals
• Strong phone skills and computer skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
