Overview

As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience while guiding guests through the vehicle buying process. Our sales team uses a consultative, relationship-based approach , focused on creating customers for life--not pressure sales. Whether you are new to automotive sales or an experienced professional, we provide the tools, training, and support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
• Become a product expert on vehicle features, options, and technology
• Build strong relationships and long-term customer loyalty
• Present vehicle pricing and financial options clearly and accurately
• Follow up with customers before and after the sale
• Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries
• Complete dealership and manufacturer certification training
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Work closely with Sales Management on performance objectives
• Conduct all business ethically, professionally, and with integrity What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
