Job Summary

: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products - Provide product demonstrations and explain features and benefits - Assist customers with their purchasing decisions - Meet or exceed sales targets and goals - Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and special offers - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Stock shelves and ensure the store is clean and organized - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales objectives Experience: - Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required - Knowledge of electronics sales, jewelry sales, or technical sales is a plus - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong asset Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong ability to sell products effectively - Proficient in product demonstrations - Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment We offer competitive pay and opportunities for career growth within our company.
