Overview

: As an Insurance Producer, you'll be the face of our agency -- helping clients protect what matters most. This is a sales-driven role with unlimited income potential. You'll build lasting relationships, generate leads, and close sales across multiple lines of insurance including auto, home, life, and commercial.

Responsibilities

:

• Develop leads and build relationships with prospective clients through networking, referrals, and community outreach.
• Educate clients on insurance options and tailor solutions to fit their needs and budget.
• Provide quotes and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, underwriting guidelines, and Farmers Insurance products.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the policy lifecycle.

Qualifications

:

• Required: Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)
• Preferred: Life & Health License
• Proven sales or customer service experience (insurance experience is a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and achieve goals
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
• Ability to pass background check and licensing requirements What We Offer:
