Job Description

Become part of a top real estate firm located in the Bothell/Woodinville region. We are looking for a driven and dedicated real estate professional who is eager to grow their career, takes ownership of their success, and is passionate about excelling in the real estate field. A current, valid real estate license is mandatory for this position.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from KW Bothell New Agent Launch or Existing Agent Launch
• Work with a sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
