• Respond to and manage warm inbound leads with speed and consistency
• Prospect through outbound calls, texts, email, and social media
• Conduct buyer/seller consultations to uncover motivation, goals, and timelines
• Maintain a disciplined CRM-driven follow-up and pipeline system
• Show homes, host open houses, and conduct listing appointments
• Negotiate contracts confidently and professionally
• Guide clients through inspections, appraisals, and closing
• Communicate proactively with clients, agents, lenders, and vendors
• Stay sharp through continuous training and market knowledge
• Deliver professional, responsive, 5-star service every time What We 're Looking For (Non-negotiables)
• You hold an active Virginia real estate license
• You are full-time (or ready to go full-time immediately)
