Duties

• Greet customers warmly, providing expert assistance to meet their needs and enhance their shopping experience
• Support sales goals through proactive engagement, product knowledge sharing, and effective upselling techniques
• Assist in opening and closing the store, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately and securely
• Manage inventory levels through stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory control practices
• Supervise daily store operations including cashiering, POS transactions, pricing, and cash handling with precision
• Train and develop new team members on customer service standards, POS systems, and store policies
• Lead shift management by supervising staff schedules, delegating tasks, and maintaining a high-energy work environment Experience
• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles with demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Prior supervisory or assistant manager experience in a retail setting is highly desirable
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
• Familiarity with retail management tools including POS systems, inventory management software, and merchandising techniques
• Knowledge of retail math for pricing strategies, budgeting, and sales analysis
