Full description of the position

We're looking for an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team! If you're skilled in leasing, marketing, and resident relations -- and you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment -- this could be the perfect fit. What You 'll Do:

  • Greet and tour prospective residents, highlighting our community features.
  • Manage the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
  • Support leasing for multiple properties in town.
  • Market available units online, on social platforms, and through community outreach.
  • Use Yardi and RentCafe CRM IQ to track leads, applications, and leases.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects. What We 're Looking For:
  • Previous residential leasing and marketing experience (required).
  • Familiarity with Yardi and RentCafe CRM IQ.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to work weekends as needed. What We Offer:
