Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Service BDC Representative to join our Business Development Center. This position is responsible for managing incoming service inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining customer communication throughout the service process. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and capable of providing an exceptional customer experience over the phone and online.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and online service inquiries promptly and professionally
• Schedule service appointments and confirm customer information accurately
• Make outbound calls to remind customers of upcoming appointments and maintenance needs
• Follow up with customers after service visits to ensure satisfaction and encourage retention
• Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system
• Communicate effectively with service advisors, technicians, and management
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly goals for call volume, appointments, and follow-up metrics

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or call center experience required; automotive experience preferred
• Excellent communication, phone, and typing skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Positive attitude, reliability, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask and remain professional under pressure
• Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
