Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Development: Execute targeted outside sales initiatives to cultivate a robust local clientele and deepen community presence.
• Client Advocacy & Consultation: Perform comprehensive needs analyses to identify risks and engineer tailored insurance solutions for diverse client portfolios.
• End-to-End Account Management: Oversee the full sales lifecycle, including application processing, annual coverage reviews, and proactive policy adjustments.
• Collaborative Strategy: Partner with leadership to design and implement innovative acquisition and retention strategies that drive market growth.
• Exceptional Service Delivery: Serve as a primary point of contact, providing clear policy education and rapid resolution for all client inquiries.
• Industry Compliance: Maintain mastery of evolving insurance products, market trends, and regulatory standards, including HIPAA and state-specific mandates. Job Type: Permanent Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
