Overview

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting shoppers with product selections, and maintaining an inviting store environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in retail sales, and the ability to handle various responsibilities such as merchandising, stocking, and cashiering. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and selections
• Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to customers
• Upsell products and promote ongoing promotions to increase sales
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely Experience
• Previous experience in retail sales environments is preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math calculations
• Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities, are highly desirable
• Knowledge of merchandising, upselling techniques, and product demos will be advantageous
• Basic math skills for transactions and inventory management are essential
• Prior experience in customer service roles will support success in this position Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
