Summary As an Account Manager at Kars 4 Kids, you will play a vital role in overseeing sales calls and following standard operating procedures. Responsibilities

• Assist in daily inside/inbound sales.
• Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism.
• Maintain constant record keeping.
• Facilitate communication between donors and third party service providers.
• Assist in vital data entry.
• Provide excellent customer service to donors.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
• Proven experience in administrative roles or similar positions preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with basic data entry.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Basic understanding of nonprofit operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
