Essential Duties

and Responsibilites

• Ensure the sales processes are effectively followed my managing and maintaining the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Monitor pricing module to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Provide support for the sales team with pricing and quotations through the CRM system
• Generate and analyze sales data reports to support the sales team in accelerating business and providing customer service
• Ensure proper filing of all documents and records in compliance to company standards
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information
• Promoting the highest quality image of ROHA with co-workers, customers, vendors, and the community
• Maintaining and enhancing the culture and core values of ROHA Job Type: Full-time Base Pay: From $28.00 per hour Work Location: In person
