About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, customer-focused Property Manager to oversee leasing activity and day-to-day resident operations across our growing portfolio. You will be the primary point of contact from first inquiry through move-out, ensuring that every resident receives a responsive and high-quality experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and is passionate about delivering best-in-class service.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the community for prospective renters and current residents
• Conduct property tours and communicate the value of each unit/location
• Manage the full leasing lifecycle -- applications, screening, lease execution, move-in coordination
• Provide ongoing resident support: work orders, renewals, notices, and general communication
• Partner closely with maintenance to ensure timely resolution of service requests and unit turns
• Maintain accurate records and reporting across leasing, occupancy, and resident relations
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies at all times
• Stay current on unit availability, rental pricing, concessions, and competitive market trends
• Maintain CRM and property management systems (RealPage, Yardi, or similar) with up-to-date information

Qualifications

• 2+ year of experience in leasing, property management, or a real estate support role (preferred)
• Strong communication skills -- personable, professional, and clear in both written and verbal interactions
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
• Solutions-oriented mindset and a strong sense of accountability
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and leasing best practices
• Experience with property management software (RealPage/Yardi) is a plus
