Compensation

:

• $14/hour base pay + competitive commission package
• Total potential earnings: Up to $32+/hour

Key Responsibilities

:

• Deliver exceptional, personalized shopping experiences
• Guide brides in selecting gowns and accessories
• Meet individual and team sales goals
• Manage appointments, visual displays, and store operations
• Handle transactions and assist with inventory management
• Provide solutions to challenges professionally What We 're Looking For:

Requirements

:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Availability must align with company-wide standards by position.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in retail or bridal.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, with skills in upselling; experience from other industries will be considered.
• Proficient in software such as POS systems, CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Zoom.
• Strong English communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 pounds (e.g., mannequins, boxes, and gowns).
• Reliable transportation is required to arrive to scheduled shifts on time. Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Apple products and Google Drive
• Familiarity with commission-based roles
• Proven track record in sales Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
