Position Summary

: CasaBella Furniture is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, achieving sales goals, and maintaining a welcoming showroom environment. Fluency in Spanish is required to effectively serve our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Greet customers warmly and determine their furniture needs and preferences.
• Provide knowledgeable assistance on product features, styles, and customization options.
• Drive sales through product recommendations and upselling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
• Follow up with customers on orders, deliveries, and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and create a positive work environment.
• Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.

Requirements

:

• Must be fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Previous retail or furniture sales experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn POS systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
