We are hiring a Sales Assistant to support daily sales operations, customer communication, and logistics coordination. Responsibilities

• Support sales team with quotes, orders, and customer communication
• Track shipments and work with warehouses, and freight providers
• Handle general office tasks

Requirements

• Detail-oriented, organized, strong communication skills
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and office software
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or B2B sales support preferred
• Authorized to work in the U.S. Schedule & Pay
• Full-time, Mon-Fri, on-site in Simi Valley
• $22 -$28 per hour (DOE)
