Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, grass roots events, and industry engagement.
• Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Utilize CRM tools such as Club Ready to track sales activities, analyze data, and generate reports for management review.
• Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
• Negotiate membership contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable deals.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that support sales objectives.
• Provide technical sales support by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the sales team through training and development initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in membership sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong management skills with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Club Ready or similar CRM platforms for account management and analysis.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to driving business development efforts.
• Ability to analyze market data and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Experience in group fitness sales is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
