Dairy Manager - Yorktown Heights, NY Be Part of Our Growing Yorktown Heights, NY Team! We are actively seeking a Full-Time Dairy Manager to lead our busy Dairy Department. Key Responsibilities

Department Oversight:

• Monitor freezer and cooler conditions, ensuring proper temperatures, product placement, rotation, and cleanliness.
• Assess department operations and develop strategies for improvement.
• Review merchandise handling to boost productivity and maintain high-quality standards. Customer Service:
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
• Communicate service issues to staff and develop solutions to maintain department excellence.
• Ensure staff follow company procedures and uphold quality service standards. Associate Training & Development:
• Train staff on job responsibilities, product knowledge, sanitation, and customer service.
• Teach department standards, policies, and seasonal sales processes.
• Support staff growth and development within the department.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Dairy Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of grocery dairy operations including inventory, stock rotation, shelf life, staffing, training, delegation, and scheduling.
• Exceptional management and customer service skills.
• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to work assigned schedules and adapt to department needs.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Working Conditions
