Confidential Opportunity - Experienced Automotive Title Clerk Ann Arbor, MI Pay: $20-$24/hour (based on experience) REQUIRES: 2 years of Automotive Title Clerk Experience (dealership setting preffered) A well-established automotive group in Ann Arbor is seeking an experienced Automotive Title Clerk to join a growing accounting team. Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare tax and title documents for new and used vehicle sales
  • Submit all legal transfer paperwork to the DMV accurately and timely
  • Respond to customer and internal inquiries regarding title and registration status
  • Perform light data entry and invoice posting
  • Maintain compliance with state and dealership requirements
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of automotive title clerk experience (required)
  • CDK DMS experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment This position is in-person and offers long-term stability with a respected automotive organization that values its employees and promotes from within.
