SUMMARY Hands-on Warehouse Production and Assembly Team Lead role in a clean, organized facility with a consistent daytime schedule and most weekends off. This position oversees the assembly of promotional and marketing kits and coordinates material handling activities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Youll lead a small team on the floor, work closely with multiple departments, and be trained on warehouse automation equipment and powered industrial trucks. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead daily assembly of marketing and promotional kits for high-profile clients, ensuring projects are completed accurately and on time
• Oversee material handling workflows, including inventory movement, staging, and organization on the warehouse floor
• Assign tasks, direct team members, and monitor productivity to maintain optimal efficiency throughout the shift
• Inspect outgoing projects for quality, completeness, and accuracy prior to shipping
• Coordinate project set-up and tear-down, including workstations, materials, and documentation
• Use computer systems and basic software to track work orders, update project status, and access instructions
• Communicate with other departments (production, account services, shipping/receiving, etc.) to resolve issues and keep projects on schedule
• Promote a positive, collaborative environment and reinforce quality and safety standards
• Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment once trained
• Jump in where needed on the floor, including:
• Picking and packing orders
• Basic receiving and shipping tasks
• Sorting, storing, and organizing inventory on pallets and shelves QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous experience in a warehouse, production, fulfillment, or assembly environment is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced setting while meeting deadlines and shifting priorities
• Comfortable leading by example and guiding team members on the floor
• Solid basic computer skills; familiarity with office software is a plus
• Valid drivers license
• Able to multitask and manage several projects at once
• Strong communication skills; able to read, speak, and write in English
• Physically able to:
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
• Stand and walk for 89 hours per day
• Frequently bend, reach, push, pull, squat, and climb stairs
• Comfortable working with carts, dollies, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and similar equipment
