If this sounds like you, consider joining our team as a Patient Outreach Coordinator/Patient Recruiter for clinical trials in Lake Forest, CA. No experience is required as we will train! Our team is growing! As a Patient Outreach Coordinator/Patient Recruiter , you are responsible for answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to patients interested in participating in research studies. These are possibly the most friendly and interested individuals, so it's not at all like cold calling or sales as our customer base is very much established, you're just helping connect the right people with the right trials.

Responsibilities

include:

• Conducts queries of our database based on study criteria.
• Prescreen patients over the phone to determine if they meet eligibility criteria for research studies.
• Determine potential patient eligibility and schedule screening visits.
• Closely manage patients screened and enrolled patients in database.
• Closely manage social media advertisements and follow-up with potential leads.
• Participate in feasibilities and sponsor meetings related to patient recruitment, as needed.
• Complete pre-screening logs and work with study coordinators to ensure goals of research studies are being met.
• Spanish Speaking / Bilingual a plus.
