What You'll Do

as an AT&T Wireless Trainee:

• Engage directly with customers through scheduled meetings and outreach while delivering top-tier customer service
• Represent AT&T by explaining wireless, internet, and bundled services clearly and confidently
• Use consultative sales techniques to match customers with the best AT&T solutions for their needs
• Build trust through strong communication, follow-ups, and personalized customer interactions
• Track leads, customer conversations, and sales progress to maintain organized and effective workflows
• Participate in ongoing sales training, customer service development, and AT&T product education
