Full description of the position

We are hiring a Freight Broker. You Will:

• Build a book of Business
• Sell and Close New Shippers
• Utilize sales tools to assist you in your day to day
• Work internally with team members to ensure that your business is growing
• Navigate and track the entire shipment process
• Develop Carrier Relationships to assist in your business
• Make outbound calls daily to multiple prospects to build your business
• Coordinate RFPs and Credit Requests
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing them with solutions that fit their business needs.
• Be in a culture where we reward and celebrate individual and team success.
• Maximize relationships and Negotiate with Carriers to move freight What we 're looking for:
• Outstanding Verbal and Written Communication skills
• Strong organizational skills

• Strategic Thinker with the ability to understand the transportation market Desired:
