Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Fast Food Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will assist customers with their orders, ensure food safety and quality, and contribute to a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Your ability to upsell menu items and maintain kitchen standards will be key to our success.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines.
• Assist in the kitchen with food preparation and sanitation tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including dining areas, kitchens, and restrooms.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register efficiently.
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals during peak hours.
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely service delivery. Experience
• Previous experience in a fast-food or retail environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety standards is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy setting.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
