We're expanding our AT&T team in East Rutherford and are hiring motivated, people-oriented individuals to join us as Wireless Retail Sales Representatives. This role combines retail-based customer interactions , offering variety, growth, and strong earning potential. No prior sales experience required -- we provide paid training , daily support, and a clear path to advancement.

What You'll Do

• Represent AT&T products and services to new and existing customers
• Engage customers in retail locations
• Educate customers on wireless plans, devices, and promotions
• Build rapport, answer questions, and provide simple solutions
• Hit personal and team sales goals in a supportive environment
