Duties

• Must pass drug test and have satisfactory criminal and DMV screening
• We are looking for ambitious, motivated, & enthusiastic customer service professionals!
• You must be reliable, committed to the sales process, and have a positive attitude.
• You must learn and maintain an in depth knowledge of the product that you sell.
• You must attend Sales training to keep current with product and process changes.
• You must learn company policies and maintain compliance throughout all processes.

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in retail sales and customer service
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM software and inventory management
• Experience in outbound sales and upselling techniques
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in retail math Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year.
