Summary We are seeking a skilled CoolSculpting Technician to join our dynamic team at Metropolitan Dermatology. In this role, you will provide essential support in delivering high-quality dermatological treatments and services, ensuring patient satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform CoolSculpting procedure.
• Ensure all equipment is properly sanitized and maintained according to health regulations.
• Communicate effectively with patients to understand their needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments administered and patient interactions.
• Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the overall patient experience
• Educate the clients on all treatment processes.
• Responsible for opening/closing of the procedure room as well as stocking and cleaning of the room.
• Escorting clientele to and from the rooms.
• Photo taking as per the provider's request at the client's approval.
• Scheduling of client's.
• Calling clientele with medical care instructions and after care.
• Assure that all rooms are properly stocked with supplies and report it to the proper personnel when stock is low.
• Perform client consults to identify their needs and develop a comprehensive treatment plan for them of aesthetic products and services that will achieve maximum results for them.
• Expand sales with existing clients by introducing new treatments and products.
• Expand sale to new customers by event planning and marketing (eg. Setting up tables at local gym facilities, health care and beauty fairs, flyers and much more).
• Follow all company regulations and policies.

Qualifications

• Certification, license, and/or training required in order to do this procedure.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient care and satisfaction.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members alike.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices in a medical setting is essential.
