• Supporting brokers and managers with client onboarding and daily operations
• Pulling usage history and creating pricing proposals and cost comparisons
• Coordinating with energy suppliers and internal teams
• Managing and updating data in Salesforce and Excel
• Reviewing documents and making follow-up quality assurance calls
• Tracking tasks to keep projects moving on schedule
• Learning energy products and internal systems
• Communicating clearly and professionally with clients and teammates in English and Spanish What We 're Looking For
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Comfortable using Excel, Microsoft Office, and Outlook independently
• At least 1 year of customer service, administrative, or office support experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute daily to our Dallas office
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn
• Available to work Monday -Friday, in-office
• Able to pass a background check
