Overview

: We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to expand our footprint across the construction, MEP and surveying industries. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on relationship building, on-the- ground prospecting, and closing high-value deals.

Responsibilities

:

• Proactively identify and research potential customers in construction, MEP, surveying, and related industries.
• Make in-person visits to contractor shops, job sites, and regional offices to build relationships and introduce 4K Equipment's full suite of offerings.
• Begin outreach in the local region, gradually expanding to key metro markets across the U.S.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects, track activity, and report progress regularly.
• Travel periodically to clusters of potential clients for multi-stop sales trips.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account setup.
• Maintain long-term relationships and provide post-sale support where needed.

Compensation

:

• $75K Base Salary + Commission: $250K+ Earning Potential
• Commission-based structure with income on all sales

Requirements

:

• Previous experience in outside sales, construction technology, or heavy equipment is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Willingness and ability to travel locally and nationally as needed
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage leads independently
• Knowledge of construction workflows and equipment is a strong plus Job Type: Full-time Projected Total

: $75,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
