Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Must have at least 2 year's Experience working with marble granite and quartz , you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and promoting our Marble Granite And Quartz products in the field. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and a passion for the stone business, enabling them to effectively demonstrate our offerings and meet customer needs. The job pays salary plus commission

Duties

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Servicing existing customers' needs with samples and our photos and pricing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to create targeted marketing campaigns.
• Provide feedback from clients to help improve product offerings and service delivery.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the Granite & Quartz business
• Strong understanding of Customers wants and needs
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Proficiency in using software tools
• Experience in conducting product demos and presentations is highly desirable.
