The Radnor Hotel is hiring a Sales and Room Block Coordinator. The Radnor Hotel is a full-service hotel conveniently located in the heart of Philadelphia's Main Line that has earned an award-winning reputation as a first-class hotel with exceptional service. This position is part-time with the potential to increase in hours to full- time. Applicants must have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, in particular use of Excel. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Possess sound knowledge of the hotel's Property Management System (PMS).
• Type contracts and other sales paperwork. Provide administrative support for Sales Manager.
• Be the main contact after the Sales Manager has received a signed contract for booked business. Complete and finalize all details relating to the booking process.
• Create Event Order for all booked meetings and communicate via Outlook.
• Build Group Blocks in PMS.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of the property and hotel services with hours of operation and emergency procedures.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of reservations and procedures. Know cancellation policies and procedures and adhere to them.
• Responsible for on-going communication with group block contacts.
• Proactively follow the progress of all room blocks. Ensure cut-off dates are traced proactively and executed as directed by the Sales Manager.
• Ensure contracted group block cut-off dates, shoulder dates, and room allotments are communicated effectively between the hotel and group contact.
• Assist with blocking reservations for group blocks as necessary, accommodating special requests as noted in guest history, whenever possible.
• Prepare all Group Room Block Resumes ensuring accuracy, rates and billing instructions
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task is required. Professional written and verbal communication skills are required. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
