• Serve as the main point of contact for commercial clients--answering questions, resolving issues, and managing ongoing insurance needs.
• Conduct regular policy reviews, identifying potential risks or missing coverage and recommending strategic solutions.
• Stay current on industry trends, policy updates, and carrier guidelines to ensure clients always receive informed and competitive advice.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver coordinated service that prevents coverage gaps and enhances the client experience.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records in AMS360, documenting every touchpoint with attention to detail.
• Deliver exceptional service that builds trust, earns client loyalty, and strengthens relationships over time.

What You Bring

• Active Property & Casualty license (required)
• Experience in commercial lines insurance
• Strong communication skills--you're great at connecting with people
