Retail Sales Associate - Bilingual (Spanish Required) Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $12.00 - $26.00 per hour (Hourly + Commission)

About the Role

: We're hiring a Wireless Sales Associate for our Metro by T-Mobile location. If you're energetic, goal-driven, and love helping people stay connected, this is the perfect role for you. Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required. You'll play a key role in delivering top-notch service and growing our customer base. What You 'll Do:

• Learn and follow the Metro by T-Mobile sales process
• Hit daily and monthly sales goals and performance metrics (KPIs)
• Greet customers with energy, friendliness, and professionalism
• Recommend phones, plans, and promotions that meet customer needs
• Keep the store clean, organized, and sanitized
• Participate in local marketing and community events
• Follow all operational procedures and store policies
• Take on other duties as assigned by management
• Set the standard for excellent personal and professional conduct What We 're Looking For:
• Must be fluent in Spanish and English (Required)
• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED (Required)
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Open availability including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good with numbers and cash handling
• Willing to work hard and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Able to pass a background check Schedule:
• 10-hour shifts
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend and holiday availability
