• Leads are booked and provided by our call center for customers that have a real need to replace, service, install, or repair their garage doors and openers.
• Clear path to a six figure salary 100% commission based pay ($70,000-$110,000) As a Garage Door Installer/Service Technician , you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
• Install new garage doors, openers, and related hardware.
• Perform regular maintenance on garage doors to ensure smooth operation and prevent future issues.
• Troubleshoot and repair various types of garage door problems, including broken springs, cables, rollers, and openers.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, explaining repair or installation processes, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Communicate clearly with customers about the work being performed, ensuring they understand the scope and any necessary recommendations.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude while interacting with customers on-site.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for yourself, your team, and the customer.
• Safely handle tools and equipment required for installations and repairs.
• Use proper lifting techniques and safety gear when handling heavy materials.
• Accurately complete work orders, service reports, and inventory logs.
• Maintain company vehicle in good working order, ensuring it is stocked with necessary tools and parts.
• Ensure tools and equipment are clean, properly stored, and well-maintained.
• Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest industry trends, products, and best practices.
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge in garage door systems.
• Arrive at scheduled jobs on time and complete work within the designated time frame.
• Ensure all jobs are completed to the highest quality standards with minimal disruption to the customer's daily routine.
