Mercedes Benz of Novi, the number one volume Mercedes Benz dealer in the state, is currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our sales team as a Car Salesperson.

Responsibilities

: - Assist customers in selecting and purchasing the perfect Mercedes Benz vehicle to meet their needs and desires - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, including test drives, vehicle demonstrations, and answering inquiries - Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing options - Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and dealership sales targets

Requirements
